Girl and Pup

Welcome, 2012…

Posted on: December 31, 2011

For 2012, I am leaving behind a life I’ve had for too long.
I’ve been struggling with this since I was in 11th grade.
And this year, this time… I am saying goodbye.
It’s going to be hard and there will be setbacks,
BUT I WILL BEAT THIS.
With a little help from this…

And baking a lot of things from this lady

And these ladies
I will conquer this.

I wish you all a healthy and happy New Year!

Woohoo!! That’s what I’m talkin bout :D You go girl, 2012 is gonna be incredible!

Won’t stop until it happens, lady! Happy 2012! :)

That cookie looks delish :) . And chobani is really amazing too, great way to get calcium and protein in which we all really need as women. Wishing you an amazing 2012!

I know! I really want to make them. I’ve been eyeing them up on her blog for a while and found them on Pinterest the other day as a reminder! And yay for calcium and TONS of protein! :-) I hope you have an amazing 2012, as well!

so wonderful!! make 2012 a year in which u are actually happy and free! AND what kind of year is a year without m&m cookies?!?! hehe! keep it up and happy new year to you!

happy new year to you too! And I know! Monster cookies and m&m cookies! Who can go wrong?!

bow chicka wow wowwwwwwwwww! There’s no time like the new year to really make a huge change – and you’ve already started! I think this is gonna be a good year for you- and hey, what kind of challenge or accomplishment would it be if there weren’t any setbacks, right? ;) HAPPY NEW YEAR and I can’t wait to keep reading!

You are EXACTLY right, everyone has setbacks. If something was easy, it wouldn’t really be a “change”. I just have to accept, learn, and keep going! Happy New Year, lady!!!

I LOVE the last quote/picture.. very cool! You are going to have a GREAT year!

Me too! I love motivational quotes and things! :-)

Hey! Just found your blog and wanted to wish you a happy new year. 2012 has wonderful things in store, I just know it! :)

I know it, too! This year is going to be a good one! Happy new year to you, too, and keep in touch!!! I’m glad you found my blog!

Happy new years my darling!!! i KNOW great things are ahead for you!

Great things are ahead for US, CJ! Keep your head up, too! Happy new year!

Yes!! I love me some greek yogurt and cookies of course :) I have to recommend how sweet’s cake batter pancakes. They are AWESOME. You are going to overcome so much this year, and I can’t wait to follow along. Keep kickin’ ass!

I FORGOT ABOUT THOSE!!! I wanted to make them for my brother and I because he has an obsession with funfetti hahah. I’ll have to bookmark them now so I remember! And I’m glad you will follow along, I love meeting everyone and getting support. It’s amazing! I will keep truckin’ along, no doubt ;-) !

amen to that! no looking back, just moving forward….WITH CONFIDENCE!

A whollllllle-lotta confidence! There’s NO looking back! Only glances to remind myself the life ahead of me is filled with SO much more than my “other” life!

YOU WILL CONQUER THIS…I know you will. Happy new year gorgeous girl!

Thanks, Janae! Happy new year, lady! :-)

You can and will beat this! Happy New Year, let it be the best ever :)

Happy new year to you, too!

You totally DESERVE sweets like cookies and chobani (i eat 2-3 a day)..when i was inpatient a LONG time ago, i had yogurt like 4 or 5 times a day…and they always forced me to eat desserts at every single meal. I gained , yes…but i was normal…i left the hospital and looked tons tons better…after months-year , the bloat and disproportion faded and i was fantastic…
then i relapsed

so trust me: get some ice cream and get your bake on!! If you cannot eat it now when you need to gain…then how will you ever eat it when you simply maintain? Do it now and your body will trust you.

“Get your bake on” hahah! I just need to learn to eat with MODERATION. I watch my dad just have a piece of this and a piece of that… Some may call it “mindless” eating, but that’s how LIFE should be. I need to get back to that, because depriving myself is NOT a life worth living. Please keep reading and keep in touch!

And I LOVE Greek Yogurt, there’s something about it which is comforting and when I eat it in between meals, it doesn’t feel like I’m really eating “alot” but it’s SO nice to know I’m putting in calories and GOOD ones.

Good luck in recovery, I know it was the best thing that ever happened to me! Happy new year :)

That’s awesome to hear! I’m so proud of you! Happy New Year!

you can do it, I know it! :) hav an amazing new year :)

Thanks for the support :-) Happy New Year!

So excited for you! Stay strong and never loose hope, you WILL beat this. <3

You are right, yes I WILL!

Happy new year to you!!! Here’s to an absolutely amazing year- you’ll get through this and beat this monster!! :)
